changes:
- shrunk ui for better vison
- changed up the menu
- new running animation
added
new enemies:
- dozer: shoves you far but does 0 damage
- gattling enemy: fires fast but does little damage
- spinny enemy: fast but weak, like the triangles
- heal enemy: on death drops healthpack
- homing shooter: fires homing bullets
New gun
tri shot: shoots in 3 directions
new mechanics:
- heal station randomly spawns and dies after a short time
