090418:
-Added ability to mute annoying soundtrack with M key.
-tweaked rate at which door speed increases
-tweaked probability of getting a reverse door
-improved the door closing speed sensor
-tweaked random color range of doors
-add gameover reason message
-reduced music volume and reversed it because it's actually more bearable that way.
-fixed a bug allowing the player to close the same door multiple times for points (thanks henkehedstrom for pointing this out)
