Patch 1.1.2

Last polish i hope, next patch may be some new features like a timer or a no hit trophy ? or some AI improvements for the boss

Patch note:

Eagle changelog:

• Now get enraged mode a bit sooner than before (390HP -> 400HP)
• Removed the hitbox while in death animation

Kiwi changelog:

• Added coyote time (can jump some frames after leaving a platform)
• Added jump buffering time (jump input buffers few frames before landing)

UI changelog:

• Added Credits button on the main menu screen

Hope the changes on the kiwi make the game more playable and easy to use.
