Got some playtesting in, and it triggered quite a lot of changes. Most of the changes are rather small, but there are a lot of them
- Synthoids now start with a random implant
- Lowered Psychoids starting MUS
- Updated crafting, repair and salvage
- Added improvised weapons
- Edited gear prices, made electronics more expensive mostly
- On saves, 1s are always success and 20s are always failures
- Changed room and board price
- Changed a watch to four hours
- Changed combat movement to be more abstract
- Added movement along roads
- Changed amount needed to gain a level
- Updated mutations slightly
- Added cost to repair buildings
- Added basic enclave management ala OSE Domains
- Added rules to become lost
- Added encounter distances
- Added procedure to add radiation patches to zones
- Added procedure to add paths and roadways
- Updated some zone and ruin entries
- Updated faction generation of goals
- Junk entries on loot tables only provide one piece of junk
