Updated Version and free Quickstart Rules added

Hi guys,

I updated GHOST to reflect a few smaller corrections and one big one that became necessary.

And hey, for all of you on the fence about this, I added a free Quickstart document. It has the rules, character generation and the demo case from the full game, but not the extensive GM section. Check it out, if you like 😊
