Rebalanced the game. Made upgrades a bit weaker but starting towers cheaper so you can build more towers now. The upgraded versions of the towers are still worth it.
Fixed a bug where the monsters on wave 21 didn't change colours they do now.
An message shows up at level 21 showing you that the waves are coming in to serve as a reminder.
