post-New Year's update (version 3c)

i'm adding default high scores for my DOS bullet hell. if you haven't tried it now's a good chance to check it out

shareware version circuit select - you can now see default high scores here

registered version circuit select - again with high scores (but this time ACTUALLY set by the developer, Leonard Somero)

and finally, registered version title screen, which was recently updated with its own Help menu. 

i just had to make a post-New Year's patch didn't i :sweat_smile: this marks the change from version 3b to version 3c.
