0.40.3203 - Rework restraints handling
- Fix inconsistent bondage items behavior (especially those that were “mostly beneficial”), now they have manually assigned debuffs
- Increase noise when rescuing character 24->48
- Pathfinding optimization
- Stacking items enchantments
- More generic handling of enchantment requirements, show specific logs about those
- Increase Amulet of Muffle effect 25%->50%
- Add Amulet of Freedom (reduces dash roll cost by 30% when barechested)
- Control spawn frequency of items and monsters (enchanted amulets now spawn 4 times less frequent than regular items, rare monsters spawn 5-10 times less than regular ones)
