Update 1/9/2018

Changelog: 

• Added a big part  of the main level. (Was super sleepy yesterday so my level design fell apart)
• Enemies now die if they fall too far from their spawn point, and have symmetrical colliders.
• Upgrades and Tax Collection will now pop up confirmation messages.
• Player no longer has to press E to collect the taxes from Citizens, just be close.
