RW-08 1.1.1 (Yes 3 ones) adds a small but useful feature to RW-08

This will be the last update where you will have to replace the RW-08.bat file

Now.  it will automatically setup the updates tool when you enter rw08setup command

now when you make the update command. RW-08 will open the Updater and check for available updates. if there is no updates. the tool will close. but when there are updates. it will install the update and close.
