update 0.4 beta

'big' internal changes are here woooo yayyy

• new sprites + modified existing ones
• complete internal rework of level loading (still no more rooms have been added though yet)
• commands, open console with F1 (no help command yet so you're on your own for now)
• lots and lots of tweaks and enhancements to stats and some enemy behavior
• updated tutorial room a bit
• (basic) discord rich presence
• triggers reworked
• slightly more maneuverable player
• bomb boosting tech is real
• bomb pre-detonation (press right click while on cooldown)
• animemode(?)
• new slightly better windows icon
• other stuff I forgor but I promise its there

enjoy, though the only level still ends pretty abruptly sorry lol
