Phantom Hunter Update # 13 - Addressing performance and player feedback

Hey Everyone! Been making some decent sized changes on how enemies are spawning. Hoping it will be easier to play now, and more performant.
Gameplay Updates:
- Working more on how enemies spawn
- Remove double tap to dash, now player can use shift to preform a dodge and dash.
Addressing Feedback:
- Add more platforms on level 1
- Add head stomp, player can now jump on enemies, but takes damage
- Add inventory to be shown while in hub.
- Show amount of materials you have when you get them
Fixes:
- Address massive performance issues. Biggest issue was caused by pausing the game using engine time scale
- Fix issue where enemies suddenly disappear
