Patch notes for 0.6.4

The Garden Path has been updated to 0.6.4 

This will be the last patch before the holidays.

+ Tutorial tab in overview now scrollable.

Fixes

+ Fixed crash going back to main menu.
+ Fixed crash when placing some items in the designer.
+ Fixed 'nearby indicators' showing old locations of npcs.
+ Fixed looping conversation with Shrine
+ Fixed being unable to set timezone when revisiting shrine.
+ Fixed some song fish locking the game.
+ Fixed collision on some props.
+ Restored digging up ground perception markers.
+ Restored knocking trees.
