Chasing Tail 4.0 Update

Time for another update! Chasing Tail still has a few planned updates and here's the first of them. The major feature of this update is the complete rework and replacement of the backgrounds in Chasing Tail. ALL the backgrounds have been replaced and updated to something a little more fun and a lot better looking. There are also a few minor bug fixes, most notable are an issue with certain text never activating in Kase's first date. Still planned is another fun bonus scene and a few more little improvements. As I make some changes and improvements to  the code for my sequel ,Chasing Shadows, I figure it will be worth it to bring them on over to update Chasing Tail as well ^^ They'll be coming soon enough.
