- Fixed that you can start a level with a "locked" car. This started the level without a car.
- Fixed that you start without a car even if you had selected one. This whas a sorting issue when going back and forward with selecting cars in the menu.
- Changed default resolution for web for better performance.
- Changed movement updates to make it less laggy.
