#Update - 0.2.0 (Beta)
Realised I didn't make that mistake I mentioned below, I had decided to upload the old build without models, and to upload the new version with Rachael's models in the update, but at some point between then and now I decided to make my own models. The new alpha build I updated will remain though, as I don't want her models to not at least be seen.
I'd like to note, I realised I uploaded the wrong alpha build, idk how it took me so long to realise, but that old one is updated now
- “Bunnyhopping” is now an official mechanic, no longer a bug
- If movement is slow enough, it will switch to crouch walking, unless on a slope
- Spinning objects, objects can now spin continuously or spin back & forth
- More things now have actual models
- New levels
- Moving objects, more objects can now be set up to move a lot easier than before
- Obstacles can now be triggered mid-level, rather than starting at the start of the level
- Tutorial now has voice-lines to guide the player through, much easier than trying to understand animated images
- Updated GrappleHook model, it is now fully rigged and animated, with new textures too
- Saves now save with a different format and file type
- If player has enough default speed (above 10, below 20) speed will be brought up to 20 when starting a slide
- Saving settings now saves to an editable .txt file, also added a volume slider
- Holding down left click before the grapple point is in range will now start grappling once the grapple target gets within range
- Movement between mid-air and landing is no longer instant
- Increased timer accuracy (before it would fluctuate around 0.5s, these fluctuations have been reduced to just a few milliseconds, unfortunately I don’t think there’s much more I can do about this)
- Lag spikes related to the grapple hook no longer occur, or occur much less
