Title pretty much says it. If you down it, hit escape/f (keyboard) or triangle/whatever top button (controller) to toggle fullscreen/tiled mode. Warning: if you do this while a menu is open, it'll mess up some of the text. Just close/reopen the menu, and you'll be good to go.
