Reworked run speed 🏃 a bit, base speed is reduced by ~18.5%, but now you can increase it with clan bonuses (up to +10% at max), DEX bonus (+1% for each ~10 points), there are two new traits that affect run speed (+5% and -5%), also there is a talent for mobility (+10%). Also, later there will be courier bags with a run speed bonus.
