Some important fixes from the positioning update.

Aesthetic Changes and Improvements:

• Paddleball no longer rotates so the light source is always in the top right.

Addressed Issues and Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a bug where fake Boomerangs, Wyatt's rockets, and Angler's fishing line would position incorrectly.
• Fixed a bug where Paddleball persisted through runs.
• Fixed a bug where Paddleball would show while you were invisible as Trench.
• Fixed a bug where Paddleball could deal damage by dragging it.
