Net::running() rules!

Hey, I just added optionnal net::running rules to S0L0_W0RK. Hack stuff, get spotted, have your brain melt through your nose!
You could use it for classic CY_BORG I guess, it should take about 3 to 6 rounds to hack something, so the non-hackers should not get bored and abandon your body in the meatworld to do something funnier while you're asleep.
