Addition of a practice mode

After posting our first reddit post over at r/godot we have received overwhelmingly positive feedback. One addition that was suggested by the user u/doe_gee was the ability to slow down time in order to practice the level.  This enables the player to really fine tune their path through the level and achieve a new high score. In Engine this was achieved by using Godots built in property "time_scale"
