v0.5.2 - Improved collectors

Another small update with some bug fixes. This patch is mostly on collecting resources, especially when factories are paused or recycled.

The changelog for this v0.5.2 update:

• Fixed issue where resources were returned instead of consumed after building robots and cargo ships
• Fixed issue with drone behavior after recycling a building
• Return input resources when recycling a Ship Yard or Robot Assembly Line
• Return input resources to the colony when pausing a factory
• Add game version to the save game meta data
• Improve error handling for loading incompatible save games
