DONE:
Added a codes menu using Kaboom.JS' text feature.
The welcome code is 'hi23'
Made more expensive skins grant more invincibility while using the shield.
Fixed a bug where the player wouldn't get back on the screen if they fell after level 50.
TODO:
Fix the easter egg scene on level 69.
Add a save and quit menu to let the player quit gameplay while actively playing the game and retaining their coins.
