Animated GIFs and v1.0.4

Hi everybody! 

I've got a pretty big update for you with one of the coolest features yet! Animated GIFS!

Not only that, but I've made a bunch of other additions and improvements!

• Added GIF duration and FPS settings and GIF export button
• Reorganized sub-circle selection to show hierarchy to the left and config to the right 
• Reorganized generation settings to better show what will generate a new circle 
• Added Add subcircle button
• You can now drag and scale a sub circle by holding shift and dragging or scrolling the preview
• The last edited circle will now load when the app loads
• Added a slider to generation settings to limit the spawn chance of sub circles
• You can now color individual sub circles
• New Rotation Field
• New Origin Relative to Parent field ( this will lock the circle in position 
• Updated the crop line to better indicate what will not be exported 
• Hovering on the hierarchy will highlight the subcircle in the preview
• and a bunch of minor big fixes
