Asteroid Crash v1.2

Mostly finished with this project to learn GameMaker studio 2. Moving onto to start a new project to learn some more and see if I can push out a finished and most polished result.
Changelog:

• Pressing R while in the pause menu will not restart
• Added 2 new powerups
• Added a sound when the powerup ends
• Fixed any bugs that I was aware of
• Huds and Menus are now proper menus
