Added touch controls to play Portal Pong in mobile browsers.
Touch the top half of the screen to move the paddle up, and touch the bottom half to move the paddle down. In 2 Player mode, each player uses their own side of the screen for touch controls.
Not the most comfortable set up, but I just wanted to get it workable.
