Basic Vehicle Selection Implementation

The following updates has not been pushed to itch yet, waiting on futher QOL updates. This is mostly a test devlog

• Added Basic vehicle selection.
• Fixed bug where HUD appeared over Main Menu
• Fixed bug when driving over 240km/h & shooting will result in vehicle impulses / random direction change
