v1.4: Fixes & Improvements
Well this isn't the expansion I promised, but it includes some changes that will be aprt of the expansion, notably some memory and AI related changed.
Overall experience should be a bit smoother now.

- Revolver animation fixed
- Added billboard models for text on walls
- NavMesh doesn't clip through crates in level 2
- Fixed memory leaking issues by removing targetFrameRate being set
- AI now properly navigates to players current position rather than last detected position
- Ranged enemies far less likely to shoot themselves
- Floating platforms on first floor of level 2 lowered to make items more visible
- Removed key for unused input action
- Reduced file size
- Removed input prompt for transitioning to new level
