Quick Fixes

Hi, y'all!

A quick update for both major documents: 

• In the Field Agent Manual, Anomalies Whisper & Absence had some skill text mixups.
• The General Manager's Toolkit wasn't loading correctly if you opened on Adobe Acrobat. 

Both issues should be fixed.  If you read the GM's Toolkit and wondered why it ended on page 11, the Example Anomaly page, that's probably why. There have also been some minor typo corrections found by some Grow Agents using their Eyes ability.
