Update to Godot XR Tools 3.1.0

This release updates to the official Godot XR Tools 3.1.0 release (https://github.com/GodotVR/godot-xr-tools/releases/tag/3.1.0) and adds nice gloved hands with a ghost-effect when they reach into things like climbing walls.
