+ Added option for Display mode, Maximum FPS and VSync
* Increased rocket splash radius
* Decreased bullet spread on SMG
* Decreased bullet spread on Shotgun
* Increased time between shots on Sniper Rifle
* Improved sound attenuation
* Increased speed of all bullets
Bug fixes
* Fixed holding flag message showing up on death
* Fixed bug where rockets wouldn't explode if fired too close to self
* Fixed death counter not increasing on death
* Fixed grenades not actually throwing
