Update: Thrown object knockback, omelette, and adjustments

- You can now throw objects at each other to knock them back including other characters to make them drop things.
- Added bird nest egg, which you can make an omelette out of. Yum.
- Changed roast chicken to only activate with bomb in well. Omelette works the same. This is to prevent activation of it unintentionally which is kind of a spoiler...
- Adjusted map hit-boxes.
- Made some sprites no longer blurry.
