Added Keyboard Support and Android Port

Hi all, I've been working on this further and I have now added keyboard support and even had the time to add an Android port of BONG version 0.16.

For the Android port I've added a menu button in game that returns to the main title screen so you can easily reset the game, I've not tested keyboard support on the Android OS as of yet but don't see why it wouldn't work, might even work on Android TV but if anyone does try it, let us know if it worked or not so we can improve on it.
