0.4.6 - Custom Mappings for Keyboard and Controller

I've added custom mappings for both keyboard and joystick to the option menu.  I'll eventually make the configurations be included in with the save data, but I'll wait until I verify that all bugs are squashed.  Hopefully this will help make the game more accessible by allowing different types of keyboard and controller configurations.
