0.61.3 - Attack Animation updates!

We've had the time to freshen up some of our character animations and timing a bit. This fix includes:

• New, longer attack animation that matches up with audio for the Shotgun NPC
• New, longer attack animation & particle effect for Football Player's attack
• Tied-up animation for Big House Demo NPCs, along with Alert and Phonecall animations
• Big House Demo and Tutorial added to Level Select screen
• Hands added to pause menu, main menu
• Fixed instances where navmesh wasn't properly generating around light zones, causing AI navigation issues
