Public Build 13: Lucky

Build 13 is now available! It cannot be understated how appreciative we are for everyone's patience. This build was a long time coming, and I hope that it was worth the wait for y'all. - Jericho

It's been a long time since I've gone through the earlier arcs. As such, I spent some time polishing and adjusting some things for consistency and to match my current programming habits, along with changes! - Orion

General changelog:

• Entirety of Cooper sprites re-drawn
• Several scene transition edits through arc 1-3
•  Some slight music edits/changes in Ch3-4
• Minor animated lighting effects added to CGs in Ch4-6
• Minor animated backgrounds added to Ch3 and Ch5
