Tutorial, hornet & demolisher, destructible terrain

New stuff
- Start menu (lofi fields to drive mechs in)
- New tutorial scenario (only minor tutorialization rn)
- Everest mech in tutorial, including Hyperspec and Initiative
- Seismic ripper & line attacks
- Bumped squad size for the albatross mission back up to 4
- Grunt NPC template (only used in tutorial)
- Demolisher NPC
- Hornet NPC
- Flying mechanics - they can see everyone & everyone can see them, immune to terrain & engagement & melee weapons
- NPC weapons with recharge values have to recharge
- Made human-pilot-scale units, can mount up into empty mechs & fire their tiny pilot weapons
- Destructible terrain (currently only damaged by AOE)
- Loading screen for levels (there's still a bit of a hang on mission start, will continue to address)
- Flip units as they move left/right
- Turn units sideways when they are prone
- Added save target to stats
- Better gear chooser animation for the radial menu circle
- show both weapon and standard movement ranges when mousing over a unit
Bugfixes
- Lock on is now an ability, not an attack
- NPCs can't exceed their heatcap
- fix bug where moving on off-turns spent your on-turn movement points as well as losing all movement when re-engaging on the same turn
- slag spray cannot be placed on existing terrain
- don't show "engaged" message on movement; as prophesied, it was too noisy
- Partisan doesn't apply to ram/improvised attack
- Ram can't target larger mechs
- Missions can end in defeat
- AP weapons now pierce armor
- Renamed "activate" in action menu to "use"
- Improved AI
- will now prefer someone they can see who is a little further away to someone they can't see who is technically closer
- prefer equipped > talent > frame > basic gear
