When I first uploaded the demo last night it was very impulsive and I overlooked certain aspects of the game. So to better convey the overall concept I'm going for, I changed the gameplay balance a bit.
Changelog:
- Added max populations to colonies based on their habitability score
- Science is generated a bit slower
- Balanced upgrade scale cost
- Reduced the starting number of foundable colonies
- Colony technology now increases number of foundable colonies by 3 instead of 2
