Alpha 5a Fix Changelog

Have a fix build for you all with some recently reported bugs fixed. This  should fix the following bugs:

• Broken Armory Fetch Quest
• Broken Katy Motel Location
• Not being able to get the at home Akane Birthing scene.
• Upped the chance of finding antibiotics, and triggering the second trader NPC scene.
