Added logo of Amiga Blitz Basic Game Jam. It shows when execute the game. Also added start screen. You can select start/config/Exit. it doesn't do anything when selecting config for now. But I'm currently thinking to configure difficulty, player rest #, NTSC/PAL switch.
It looks the screen looks shift right side a bit. Maybe required adjustment.
