Upload executable of submitted version

Upload Shooter2022_ElmonEPG.lha.

This is same version as Amiga Blitz Basic Game Jam 2022. Since I could not build executable in time and submit to Jam, this is convenient for who want to play submitted version. Strictly, this binary is built with submitted version of source + additional 1 line "WBStartup" directive in main source file that requires to execute game from Workbench without crash. 

On the other hands, I would continue to create this game and learn Amiga and Blitz more. updated version will be show up soon.
