Adjust size on the Charge And Shot Animation

Adjusted size on the Charge And Shot Animation: the size was adjusted to be lower so can match better the Idle animation when transiting. The sprites were only changed on the sprites folder, on the sprite sheet file remains the same, so you can use both sizes as you prefer.
