- typo fixed: paralyzed
- Saved volume on start of level
- fix black transition fade covering menu buttons
- fixed issue where if you completed level and died at the same time you wouldn't be able to move on respawn
- souls fall faster now
- show controls on death screen
- death animation is 1 second faster
