Howdy, folks! Today marks the release of my third and final (for now!) 199X game, with 199X: COMPLEX available now! Players take on the roles of agents within the titular agency, COMPLEX, who handle everything from high-profile counter-terrorism to illegal wetwork for the Factions that rule over Monsoon Sprawl. It's a love letter to Ghost in the Shell, and adds both robotic Drones and political Sway to your 199X games; leverage them to keep your agents alive, or steal the mechanics for other 199X and 24XX play!
