[+] Volume sliders & subtitle text for the main menu.
[+] Score stars release little “+1” texts after exiting the top of the screen.
[+] An arrow points at Mortimer if he leaves the top of the screen.
[+] Added & improved the effects for getting bounce combos.
[~] Bounce combos give +2 points per bounce, +1 for the first bounce.
[~] Enemy hitbox sizes are a bit more generous for bouncing.
[~] Changed the cursor sprite.
[*] Fixed some non palette-matching colors.
