UPDATE #88

Fixes 

• When you were connected to someone, energy was not wasted when firing from the Railgun 
• The level icon for the flamethrower was not displayed 
• The spray was not displayed on some buildings in Megapolis 
• Sometimes the spray was not displayed for other players 

Changes 

• Added the ability to remove / hide the hat
