v0.54 - Net improvements, new menu

The main menu has been redone!

Some QoL was also added.

• - In Main Menu, SPACE/ENTER now triggers the Play button
• - In Save/Load screen, double clicking a savefile will save/load it

Settlers can now walk around nets and the 3rd net upgrade now costs rope.
