AMW build 6.5: Dammit, River

Hey folks

This is just a quick patch fixing some things that went overlooked in the last update, and also updating the old chapter cards

- River now shows up where she should, instead of that annoying error message
- Overhaul of the title, chapter 1 and chapter 2 cards to bring them more in line with chapter 3's card
- General bug fixes and typos
