CHANGES
- Damage scaling when combos are at 2.0 damage scaling has been tweaked
- Previously, all moves will deal 10 damage when scaling is past 2, but now things work like the following:
- Moves that have a fully scaled damage value at or above 200 will be unaffected and scale normally
- Otherwise, moves will deal Half of their former "fully scaled" damage, but will not deal less than 10 damage
- RHM Beam super deals 50 more unscaled & chip damage.
- Fixed an error that made Teal disable rollback
