bug fixes
- you can no longer escape blood if the next room is a dark room
- removed debug feature that lets you restart the frame
- when you died previous round to the hatman, he wont insta-kill the next round
- fixed stares placement (again)
- fixed a fullscreen issue that makes it ugly
- layered items behind or in front of objects in the dark room depending on where the player is standing
- .ini file bug fixed
